Happy New Year!

Earl Mosley's Dancing Beyond - A Benefit for Dance Against Cancer

Earl Mosley’s Diversity of Dance is a New York and Connecticut based not-for-profit which seeks to create nurturing communities where student artists from diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds grow and achieve excellence through positive collaboration. Earl Mosley’s Summer Intensive (EMIA), Hearts of Men multigenerational dance intensive, workshops and public school partnerships enable each student to connect both technically and spiritually with their own art, ultimately learning to prepare for the challenges in the dance world, workplace and life. The 2019 Dancing Beyond is presented in collaboration with Manhattan Movement Arts Center. This concert is dedicated to the support of cancer research. All profits are donated to the American Cancer Society through Dance Against Cancer. The choreographers and dancers who will appear have all found a home within the Diversity of Dance community. They come to the stage with a sense of integrity, trust, and joy that stems from deep connections they have made through their classmates, teachers, and Diversity of Dance programs and workshops.
