Important Notice:

**Safety is our first priority, prior to your first class, please review this list of preparatory items you need to be aware of before you take class.

1.  Clothing-Be prepared to move and wear clothing that is comfortable, nothing too baggy or with drawstrings you can't tuck in.

2.  Jewelry and hair- Long hair is tied back, remove all jewelry,*especially rings.   Body piercings need to be covered completely.

3.   Finger nails- Finger nails must be short and preferably not acrylic.  Long fake nails are slippery and can be sharp on edges and pose a safety issue when climbing and holding on to the equipment.

4.  Prior injuries or spinal issues- If you have a history of spinal injuries or back problems, it's good to ask your physician if this type of activity is appropriate for your condition.  Also brief your instructor on any physical limitations that might hinder your progress.
