MMAC is a comprehensive dance and performance center comprising 18,000 square feet of studios and classrooms and a state-of-the-art theater.

Street level: Studios 1, 2 and 3 and Children’s Classroom

Each air-conditioned, mirrored studio offers obstruction-free space. Studios 1 and 2 have sprung floors for the comfort and safety of dancers. In addition, Studio 2 is rigged for aerial dance. All studios are equipped with mirrors, pianos and sound systems

• Studio 2: 38 ft x 41 ft
• Studio 3: 28 ft x 21 ft

Also located on this level are the reception area, women’s and men’s locker rooms, a dancewear boutique and the Taste Cafe.

Lower level: MMAC Theater

The theater may be configured as two separate studios or, using a telescoping seating array, as a 160-seat performance venue. Men’s and women’s dressing rooms are located off the main stage. The lower level may be reached by stairs or elevator. Restrooms are located off the lower-level lobby.

• Studio 5: 33 ft x 32 ft
• Combined studio 4-5: 52 ft x 66 ft
• MMAC Theater performance space: 35 ft x 28 ft when framed by the portable wings and with seating array fully extended

Café

The mmac Café, which is open to the public, offers a daily selection of meals and snacks prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients by Taste Caterers. The menu includes soups, salads, sandwiches, baked goods, fruits and healthy packaged snacks, as well as cold beverages and coffee. Outdoor seating is available seasonally.
